Mist instructions: Spray mist 1 to 3 times on your mask, weighted blanket, in the air, on your sofa, yoga mat or clothes. Inhale, exhale, feel your body relax. The mist does not stain fabrics.
Mask and eye-pillow instructions: Our lavender eye pillow and therapeutic mask are the perfect companions for ultimate relaxation. Their sweet lavender fragrance is therapeutic, and the grains allow for hot, warm, or cold use.
At room temperature, they enable relaxation during periods of fatigue, stress, or insomnia. Store them in the freezer and use them cold to relieve puffy eyes and migraines. Warm them up to soothe congestion or irritated eyes.

Is the Zen mist safe for all?
Our Calming ZEN Mist contains essential oils. Essential oils have different properties and therefore specific effects. Certain essential oils should not be used on pregnant women, the elderly or individuals with fragile health, children under 3 years old or animals. Contact us if you have questions!
Is the Zen mist hypoallergenic?
Some products can be allergenic! Always do a tolerance test in the crease of your elbow and wait 24 to 48 hours to monitor any allergic reactions (itching, red patches, tingling, respiratory distress, etc.). Do NOT apply to the body if you notice an allergic reaction, and consult a doctor, aromatherapist or herbalist.
Should I use my eye-pillow and therapeutic mask HOT or COLD?
Cold therapy helps relieve inflammation, bruising, pain, and migraines. Store the compress in a sealed plastic bag in the freezer so that it is ready to be used cold.
Warm therapy relieves dry eyes, clears the airways and sinuses, and promotes relaxation.
Microwave: Place the mask on a paper towel in a microwave oven. Heat the mask for about 20 seconds depending on the intensity of the oven.
Conventional oven: Preheat your oven to 175°F and place the mask on a cooking plate covered with parchment paper. Heat the mask for 10 minutes max. Do not use in a gas oven.
WARNING! Handle the heated mask or eye-pillow with caution to avoid burns. Manipulate the mask or eye-pillow and move around the grains to distribute the heat evenly. Always check the temperature of the mask or eye-pillow before use by placing it on the inside of your wrist. If you want to reheat the mask or eye-pillow again while it is still warm, set a shorter heating time. Never leave a child under 3 years of age unattended with a mask or eye-pillow. Do not leave a warm mask or eye-pillow on the eyes for more than 5 minutes.
For relaxation and meditation, use at room temperature.
Can I wash my therapeutic mask and eye-pillow?
The therapeutic lavender mask is not washable in water. It must be protected from dust and stored on a clean surface. You may gently scrub its surface with a damp cloth to clean or remove stains. Avoid using the mask if you have makeup on your face or just after applying a moisturizer.
The eye-pillow has a removable cover that can washed in cold water. The pillow itself is not washable. Like the mask, you may gently scrub the surface with a damp cloth to clean or remove stains.

Except in the case of a manufacturing defect, we do not accept returns or refunds for the ultimate indulgence gift set. As the mask is a product intended for personal use, we cannot accept returns after delivery for hygiene and sanitary reasons.
