The Be Humance Warranty
Your new product from Be Humance is covered by 90 day Limited Warranty. For 90 days after your purchase, if you experience any manufacturing defects that are covered under our warranty, we will provide you with a one-time replacement of the original product purchased. If the warranty claim happens during the 90-days guarantee period, we will ship you the replacement for free.
Are you covered?
The warranty is only valid for the period of time the product is owned by the original purchaser. The original purchaser, for the purposes of this warranty, will be the individual whose details are associated with the ecommerce purchase (we refer to email in the process). Please keep a copy of the receipt which was sent to the email address on record on the date of purchase.
Photos and original proof of purchase may be required upon a warranty request in order to identify and assess the warranty issue.
Asides from the above terms, Be Humance will not charge the customer to repair or replace a product if it is deemed defective during the length of this warranty. No new warranty will be provided for the replacement product once it is shipped. The warranty approval process is up to Be Humance's sole discretion, and not up to the customer’s interpretation of our warranty policy at any point.
